What is Kitchen Operations?
SIT20416 Certificate II in Kitchen Operations
Kitchen Operations equips learners with the skills to:
- prepare and present dishes
- use food preparation equipment
- use hygienic food safety practices
This qualification provides a pathway to work in kitchen operations in organisations such as restaurants, hotels, catering operations, clubs, pubs, cafés, and coffee shops.
